SOUTH-DAKOTA

This measure would legalize the medical use of marijuana. It would establish a registration card system for eligible patients and allow cardholders to possess certain amounts of marijuana and marijuana plants. It also legalizes marijuana cultivation growing and manufacturing facilities as well as dispensaries.
