Before 1992, Nevada went consistently Republican in presidential elections. Since then, Democrats have won the state in five of the seven cycles, including the last three. The state's largest population center is home to Las Vegas. It is critical for Democratic wins in the state
Washoe County
Washoe includes Reno and its suburbs. Much more of a battleground than Clark, Republicans need to win here in order to prevail statewide.
