MONTANA

This measure legalizes the use and possession of limited amounts of marijuana by adults over 21. It also requires the state to license and regulate the production and sale of marijuana and establishes a 20% tax on non-medical marijuana. The measure also allows people serving sentences for certain marijuana crimes to apply for resentencing or expungement.
