Long known as a swing state, Colorado has settled into the blue column for the past three presidential elections. When Barack Obama carried Colorado in 2008 and 2012, he was only the third Democrat to win the state since the Eisenhower era. The others were Lyndon B. Johnson in 1964 and Bill Clinton in 1992. This measure would ban abortions “when the probable gestational age of the fetus is at least twenty-two weeks” except when the abortion is required to save the life of the mother.

A “YES” vote supports banning abortions starting at 22 weeks

A “NO” vote opposes banning abortions starting at 22 weeks
